🔁 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• You received the wrong product  

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number  
• Clear photo or video evidence of the issue  

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

💰 REFUNDS

Refunds are approved only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items  
• Order not delivered within 45 days (for most countries)  
• Product significantly differs from its description  

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
